Ihr Profil

Erste Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung (z. B. C#, AL, JavaScript oder ähnliche Sprachen)
Lust, dich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten
Grundverständnis für Datenbanken und API-Schnittstellen
Neugier und Spaß daran, Probleme zu lösen

Your mission

Technical design, development, and enhancement of custom solutions based on D365 BC Online (AL)
End-to-end responsibility for development cycles of business apps (analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment)
Making architectural decisions in the context of complex integration scenarios
Developing and maintaining REST/OData web services for integration with third-party systems
Coaching junior developers and conducting code reviews within the team
Coordinating with project managers, consultants, and potentially end clients
Ensuring quality, test automation, and release management

Your profile

Required Skills & Experience
Several years of project experience with:

Dynamics 365 Business Central (Online, ideally also OnPremise)
AL-based extension development approach
DevOps processes for Business Central (CI/CD pipelines, app containers, test automation)
Integration of external systems via APIs/web services
In-depth understanding of business processes and their implementation in BC
Experience in performance optimization and debugging in productive BC systems
Confident use of tools such as Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Docker, Git, VS Code

Soft Skills

Analytical thinking and solution-oriented work approach
Strong self-organization and sense of responsibility
Ability to provide technical leadership within a team
Excellent communication skills in technical and non-technical contexts
Fluent in English (negotiation level)
German skills are desirable but not required
